After selection for the post in IOB bank as a PO the applicant is required to get trained for communication and knowledge skills in banking related matter by Manipal School of Banking for a 1 year Banking Program Course. After this 1 year course the applicant can get a PG Diploma in banking by manipal University and placed as a PO in any IOB bank.
