- Assistant Sub Inspector (Pharmacist): Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) Examination with Physics, Chemistry and biology as subject from a recognized Board / equivalent and must have Diploma in Pharmacy from any Central/ State Government institution / any institution recognized by Central/ State Government
- Assistant Sub Inspector (Lab Technician): Diploma in Medical laboratory Technology from a recognized institution
- Assistant Sub Inspector (Radio Grapher): Diploma in Radio Diagnosis from any recognized Institution of the Central / State Government
